Smoothie Me!

If you know me you know I stay in the gym.  So one of my favorite go-to things to make is a fresh blended smoothie.  They are easy to make and have a ton of nutrient, especially on those gym days to keep you going.  This is just one of many but one of my favorites, try it out.  For a post workout meal just add in a scoop of protein powder or if you just want to add in any boosts you may have.  Enjoy!  :)

Banana Smoothie:

  • 1 medium/large banana 
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 6-8 Ice cubes
  • 1 tbs Organic cane suger or honey (your preference)
  • Sprinkle of chia seeds

    I chop and pre-freeze my banana, Sometime will just blend the frozen banana and cocnut milk or cream for a sneaky desert, add chia on top for extra omega and protien.
