Well… I survived another AVN! This was the first year I didn’t lose my voice, a big plus in my book. Sin City may be full of sex, drugs and a lot of hip hop but I also had a great time interacting with the fans that truly support me. Love you guys.
It was great to see all the loyal fans that have been with me since day one, not to mention many new faces. Don, Scott, Joe, John etc. Ya’ll know who you are. I don’t want to leave anyone out. I’m grateful for the hella love I received at the expo this year. =)
There are pros and cons to everything in life. Mad respect to everyone involved in the expo. That aside, a few things irk me about these shows…
– The overall style and presentation most women (or “girls” would be more appropriate) choose to adorn really blows my mind. How you present yourself speaks volumes of your character. Trust me, I’m not saying be a label whore like me, but show class and surround yourself with honest friends who will tell it like it is.
– AVN needs to actually award the deserving stars. It’s all politics just like anything else, I get it, but it needs to be said. I happily won my share of awards but deserved a few that weren’t given to me, especially in the fan-voted categories. Not a fair shake but hey that’s life. I’ve already won at it.
All bullshit aside I’d still like to thank AVN for all the recognition they do give me. I may be a pain in the ass, literally, but am still very appreciative. Thank you.
